The Village Dental Practice operates an appointment system. If you are unable to keep an appointment, please give us 24 hours notice so that the time may be allocated to another patient. A charge may be made for failed appointments or late cancellations.
Whilst we do try to keep to appointment times, there are occasions when because of unexpected clinical circumstances, we are unable to be punctual. If we are late seeing you, please try to be patient, remember, next time it could be your problem that keeps someone else waiting. We will endeavour to advise you should we expect to be late seeing you.
