Jo Rimmer

Jo is the practice manager, she qualified as a dental nurse in 2010 and spent nearly 10 years in the role before transitioning to management.  She plays a key role in ensuring the practice runs smoothly and remains fully compliant with essential standards. She works diligently to make sure all aspects of the practice align with clinical governance requirements, established protocols, and procedures.

Jo ensures the practice follows General Dental Council (GDC) standards, best practices, and NICE guidelines to maintain high levels of patient safety and care. Her experience and balanced perspective plays a vital role in the smooth and efficient running of the practice.

With a focus on compliance and organisation, Jo ensures that the practice operates efficiently while meeting all professional and regulatory expectations. Her approachable nature and sense of humour make her a trusted and well-liked member of the team, ensuring both staff and patients feel supported and valued.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and family, often planning holidays together to relax and unwind. She also values catching up with friends and spending quality time with them  when she can.
